Went in for a radiator/coolant system flush assumed they had properly cleaned it out with the correct tools, didn't check right away. Checked my reserves a month or so after still massive deposits of contaminants. not even 10,000 miles later and I'm dealing with an overheating issues where I'm going to have to get it flushed again by a business that can properly do it. Will take your money for services not properly performed.

I've spent almost ten grand at this shop on two years on two vehicles. The last thing they were told with my Caddy was to fix the belt that they found needed replaced but because we had to talk to each other and my mother in law first, the guy at the desk said it was too much for him and fixing the belt got lost in translation then ridly hung up. Fast forward and my car breaks down while I'm out and about and to my surprise it's the same belt Mr Tune Up was told to fix. Now I had to pay another shop the service fee that was already paid to Mr Tune Up the last time they worked on my car. $3,000 that last bill was, why call to add a service if your just not going to do it. However, Carl's Repair by Albertsons was ready to fix it and got it in and out in about three hours time. Now that's what I call service.

One of the best experiences getting my vehicle worked on in years. Fabulous customer service. Drove over 100 miles one way to get my car into this shop. Cannot praise the shop owner and team of workers enough. Highest praises!! Highly recommend!

Highly recommend!! Honest, integral and fully capable. Mr.Tune Up will always do all needed work on my vehicles. I've had them replace an engine to oil changes, always satisfied.

2003 Chevy Tahoe had water pump, belts, & hoses replaced. Differential oil changed and one axle seal replaced. Work was done timely and I felt the price was reasonable. Staff was friendly and easy to talk to. Office was clean and comfortable. I don't know what more anyone could expect from an auto repair shop. As for the quality of parts and work only time will tell, but so far, no issues.
